Rare Spawn Loot Tables

Unless it's a rare spawn that drops specific item's such as Vultros I have noticed rare spawns that are supposed to drop a random green upon death such as Araga and Ribchaser for example do not drop anything aside from whatever gray or white items are in their table.

Since we are trying to stay Blizzlike I feel this should be looked into..
